Pizza Update Page

Opening 2012-February 14th-4:30-8:00 PM

Feb-March: Quiet, peaceful pizza eating. No wait. Take-out or eat in the Coop(maginally warmer than outside).

April: The farm comes alive. Only slightly busier than March. Short wait possible.

May: Spring has sprung. Busy enough to be energizing but not crazy by any means. Maybe a 15 minute wait.

June: Summer begins. June is dramatically calmer than July. A 30-40 minute wait at peak times.

July: Starts to feel like a county fair. Come prepared for a wait-possibly 1-2 hours.

August: The last hurrah of summer. Expect to wait as long as 2 hours.

September: Dramatic change of pace after Labor Day. 15-30 minute wait, mostly at the beginning of the night.

October: Pretty nice. Bring a jacket and a flashlight-gets dark early. Generally, no wait.

November: Hard Core Northerner's Delight. Hot pizza, cold and dark. No wait.

Extra things to keep in mind:

The Coop is available for rainy and cool weather times.

Rainy nights are quieter than beautiful nights.

Hot summer nights are quieter than perfect summer nights.

It is always cooler and more pleasant out in the country.
